This is an attractive conversion of an old coach house and stables thought to date back some 300 years. The owners have retained many character features including beams and some exposed Cotswold stone walls within the cottage and it now provides a very comfortable and welcoming holiday home for your stay in this lovely area.

Looking out from the kitchen window, lovely distant country views can be seen and the cottage is situated in a quiet location set well back from the road with private parking. One minute’s stroll away is a traditional village pub serving food and across the village green are the village store/post office. You are welcome to explore the owner’s acre of pretty gardens and there two pleasant sitting out areas (one privately tucked away up some garden steps) with garden furniture just for you to enjoy.

The flexible accommodation has the useful optional addition of a ground floor second double bedroom ensuite with a shower room, so that if friends or relatives would like to stay for a night or two the room can be opened to be included in the cottage enabling up to 7 persons to stay (Please enquire for price and availability for this option).

Ground floor- dining hall, cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin, well equipped and fitted kitchen, sitting room with log burner and colour TV + video. (Door can be opened from the sitting room into double bedroom as above.)

First Floor- stairs lead up from dining hall to 2nd sitting room with two seater sofa and armchair and additional colour TV + DVD. Also in this very cosy room is a single sofa bed (3ft wide) for 5th person. Family bathroom with hand held shower attachment. Double bedroom with colour TV + hairdyer. Twin bedroom with colour TV + hairdryer.

Services

Washing machine / tumble drier, microwave, fridge / freezer, gas hob with electric oven, dishwasher, iron + ironing board. 3 Colour TVs, DVD, video, radio / cassette / CD player. Wood burning stove in the sitting room. Linen, towels and gas central heating included. Barbecue on terraced sitting out area to side of cottage. Welcome hamper on your arrival and toiletries provided. Friday start day. Short breaks if availability allows.

Extras: £25 per week for sofa bed.

Children over 4 years of age are welcome. Regret no pets and no smoking in the cottage.
