A wealth of oak beams, pine doors, high ceilings and a traditional open fireplace give Bakers Farm Cottage great individuality and charm. This is an extremely spacious and very well equipped cottage - ideal as a peaceful weekend retreat to simply relax in or a superb base to enjoy the wonderful surrounding scenery of the Cotswolds. The sitting room is furnished with a mixture of cosy sofas and antique furniture with traditional Horse Brasses over the large open fireplace (all logs provided). The spacious kitchen - very well equipped - has a door leading out to the large fully enclosed garden. This is south facing - very safe for children - and equipped with garden furniture placed on the sun trap patio.

The cottage is quietly situated down a 'No Through Road' in the pretty village of Barton-on-the-Heath which is a delightful small Cotswold village with is village green surrounded by honey stone buildings and a 12th century Church. Moreton-in-Marsh is 4 miles away and Shipston on Stour 6 miles. Close by are excellent pubs and restaurants - The Farriers Arms at Todenham, The Fox and Hounds at Great Wolford, Red Lion Inn at Little Compton and the renowned Marsh Goose in Moreton-in-Marsh.
