Set within the owners working farm, this delightful conversion offers comfortable accommodation with far reaching countryside views. The cottage has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area giving a light and airy feel. French windows look out from the living area over the small south-facing terrace towards open fields.

On the first floor there is a very sweet double bedroom with some exposed beams and a bathroom, making this the perfect retreat for couples wishing to 'get away from it all.' On the ground floor there are flagstones with rugs and the staircase and first floor have fitted carpets.

Note: There is an interconnecting doorway leading to a utility room (lockable from both sides) between Dusty’s and The Granary offering access to the shared washing machine and drier. The doors can also be left open should a group of friends be staying in both cottages.

The village pub, The Ebrington Arms, is a walk away from the cottage while a little further the award winning Howard Arms in Ilmington and the Churchill Arms in Paxford are both recommended. Chipping Campden is a pleasant 2 mile walk away and you will find a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and shops.

Shakespeare’s Stratford on Avon with its attractive timbered buildings is approx 11 miles and here you can hire a boat on the river, visit the theatre or browse round the vast array of shops.
