This is a super conversion built of traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone.

Built on a split level design, the cottage is similar to a Roman Villa but having three sides. Most windows face into the courtyard and with its south-westerly aspect and beautiful distant views you can sit and watch the setting sun over the hills. The Ewe Pen has a warm and welcoming atmosphere to greet you and every effort has been made to ensure your holiday will be as comfortable as possible so that you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely part of the Cotswolds.

The main part of the property is on one level and is entered through the courtyard.  Guests have use of a gently sloping ramp leading up to the front door within the courtyard. The kitchen dining room is most attractive and has a light and airy atmosphere that continues through to the sitting room, a lovely room with character provided by a beautiful Cotswold stone fireplace. There are wooden floors throughout the property. Three bedrooms include a spacious twin room en suite with a large wet room (shower room) suitable for wheelchair users. This bedroom also has the benefit of electric beds that can be adjusted for guests’ individual comfort and a colour TV raised up so you may watch while you relax.

The Ewe Pen is a 10 or 15 minutes walk to Chipping Campden’s beautiful town centre. The excellent and flexible accommodation is perfect for families and friends alike and consists of:

Kitchen / dining room; L- shaped sitting room; twin bedroom with en suite wet room; double bedroom with 6ft zip n’ link double bed (can be two 3ft singles);
Four steps down to lower level and the single bedroom, hallway and family bathroom. Outside is the suntrap courtyard with table and chairs. Large area newly turfed and original orchard grounds due to be replanted beyond.
