Set within a cluster of Cotswold stone cottages and a pleasant walk from the shops and restaurants of the popular market town of Chipping Campden is this lovely conversion of an 18th Century Mill house.

The cottage is most attractive and has recently undergone complete refurbishment by its new owners. The living room is open plan in style and has many character features including a large Cotswold stone fireplace with a gas fired log burner making this is very snug room on a colder evening.

The kitchen is well equipped and adjoins the dining area which in turn looks out through French doors onto the attractive sun trap terrace garden; the two pretty bedrooms have a peaceful atmosphere making this an ideal place from which to enjoy a pleasant short break or longer holiday exploring what this lovely area has to offer.

This conversion is really delightful and offers up to date comfort, modern facilities with all the charm of an 18th Century building.

Stairs lead up from the sitting room to the First floor – attractive bathroom with shower over the bath; master double bedroom en suite with shower room; smaller bedroom with 4’ wide double bed. Outside garden furniture is provided for you to enjoy the small but enclosed terraced garden.
