Peacefully situated on the edge of this attractive Cotswold village and with charming views looking to the nearby mill stream and lovely landscaped grounds is Ratty's Retreat. Converted approximately twenty years ago and retaining much character with exposed Cotswold stone mullions and timbers, this sweet little cottage is ideal for couples looking for a romantic hideaway. The cottage is reached via stone steps leading down to a small lawned garden and sun trap terrace with table & chairs to sit out on a sunny day. The cottage is very comfortably furnished with relaxing sofas and a wide screen colour TV. If you like to eat out there is an excellent restaurant and 2 pubs a pleasant walk away. A spiral staircase leads up to a galleried double bedroom (with a king size half tester bed) with light and airy bathroom leading off. The bedroom also has a flat screen colour TV for those who like to retire early! Ratty's Retreat is close by Toad Hall (C034) and has use of lawned grounds with garden tables close by to the mill stream – idyllic spot for sitting out on a sunny day and reading or enjoying a picnic.

Blockley is perfect if you just want to unwind but for those who want to explore this lovely area, the village is ideal for visiting Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Broadway, Stratford and Cheltenham .   Golf, horse riding & tennis are available within a short drive and walkers have many beautiful footpaths to enjoy on the doorstep. There are also many wonderful gardens and historic houses for you to visit.

Ground floor – hall, cloakroom, kitchen with dining area; one step down to sitting room with floor to ceiling mullion windows. Spiral staircase leads up to the First floor where there is a galleried double bedroom having king size half tester bed. Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC & wash hand basin.
