This 200 year old traditional Cotswold stone cottage stands in a wonderful position with far reaching country views as far as the eye can see from almost every window. The cottage is ideal for a family with its three bedrooms, yet cosy enough for a couple. A charming conservatory (with the benefit of two comfy sofas and extra TV) leads out to the lawned garden where children can play or picnic on warmer days. Walkers will enjoy the benefit of being able to step out from the front door and head off through lovely countryside along footpaths leading eventually to other villages. There are two pubs, restaurant & store/post office within Blockley itself while Chipping Campden, Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh with their excellent range of shops and hotels are just a 10 minute drive.

Accommodation

Ground floor – sitting room with colour TV and electric feature fire; family bathroom with shower over the bath

First floor - double bedroom with stunning views and en suite with shower and WC; single bedroom leading through to twin bedroom. Stairs (stair gate provided) lead down from the sitting room to Lower ground floor – here there is a well equipped kitchen/dining room with wood burning stove; adjoining conservatory / garden room with sofas and colour TV.

Two colour TVs, freeview box and video, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, wood burning stove in kitchen / diner; dishwasher, electric feature fire in sitting room. Gas central heating, linen, towels, electricity and initial logs for the log burner included. Phone for incoming calls. High chair & travel cot. Garden furniture provided. Off road parking space for one car.

One (not too large and nice natured) dog allowed @ £20 per week.
